Here finally back on Chefsnet.biz for the updates of what is going on in the market.
Last article was based on Fusion Mediterranean Cuisine, and as far I am not moving far from my culinary preferences, I am once again updating myself and adapt a sort of modern cooking to the traditions and specialties of the territory.
A quite easy food concept that respect the local products and the All Times loved recipes.
A traditional flavor, with innovation of quick method of cooking like the Asian steaming, stir fried and deep fat fried....and following the modern style of food presentation, also this time recalling in shape and sizes to the Oriental cuisine.
This is overall the explanation of my new cuilnary generation.
Examples?....well I would not miss from my Winter a la carte menu a Braised Dear in wild berries sauce to be use to fill up a hard wheat flour ravioli... I will simply dress up with herbed butter and parmesan cheese shavings...
there are a lot of similarity ideas and recipes, but to let you know more about.... I will wait you in my venue...
